Welcome to VoxHosting

Thanks for choosing VoxHosting! This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to get your game server up and running as quickly as possible.

Step 1 — Purchase a Server

Head over to voxhost.cloud and browse our available game server plans. Once you've found the right plan, click Order Now and follow the checkout process. You'll need to create an account on our billing panel at billing.voxhost.cloud if you don't already have one.

Step 2 — Check Your Email

After your order is confirmed and payment is processed, you'll receive two emails. The first is an order confirmation — a receipt confirming your purchase. The second contains your server credentials, including your Pterodactyl panel login details such as your username, password, and panel URL. If you don't see these within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Step 3 — Log Into the Panel

Your game server is managed through the Pterodactyl panel. Open the panel URL from your welcome email and log in with your credentials. Once inside, you'll see your server listed on the dashboard — click it to open the management page.

Step 4 — Start Your Server

Click the green Start button in the top right corner of the console page. Your server will boot up in roughly 30 to 60 seconds. You can watch the console output in real time to see when it's fully online.

Step 5 — Connect to Your Server

Once your server shows as Running, find the IP address and port displayed at the top of the console page. For Minecraft, open the game, go to Multiplayer → Add Server, and enter the IP and port in the format ip:port.
